My HEART Enterprise Workout and Fitness Coaching Terms & Conditions Before booking a My HEART Enterprise class pass, ensure that you have read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly. By purchasing a My HEART Enterprise workout session or fitness coaching plan, you (the "Client") are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between you (the “Client”) and us (“My HEART Enterprise”). The below applies to in-person and virtual classes or sessions: • Online bookings for classes or sessions must be made in advance • Virtual classes use the Zoom platform. Download here: https://zoom.us/download. My HEART Enterprise is not responsible for technical issues on the "client's" end resulting in missed classes or sessions. • "Client" authorizes My HEART Enterprise and any payment service provider it may engage to charge your credit card or debit card for any products or services you purchase through your use of the site. • "Client" understands that it is optional to participate in any of the offerings of My HEART Enterprise including Empowerment Trainings, GroupMe chats, and classes. You can opt in/out at any time. • Refund/Cancelation Policy: All classes and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable to another client. Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability for Personal Injury, Agreement to Hold Instructor Harmless of Fault, I, the “Client” agree and consent to the following: I and those in my household am voluntarily participating in an exercise class conducted by My HEART Enterprise, and all training instructors of My HEART Enterprise. I recognize the program requires physical exertion that may be strenuous at times and may cause physical injury and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the programs offered by My HEART Enterprise. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition(s) that would prevent my participation in this program. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damage known or unknown which I might incur as a result of participating in this program. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Meechelle Riley and all training instructors at My HEART Enterprise, for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
